Heading Urology and renal transplant department of this newly launched 350 bedded facility (capacity of 550 beds). Involved in establishing the department of Urology and Renal transplantation, complete with all latest instruments and equipment for a fully functional department. Core member of various hospital committees.
2. Department of Urology, Renal Transplantation and Robotics, Max Super-speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi (August 2016 – August 2024)
Last designation: Director – Urology and Renal Transplantation
Max Super Specialty Hospital at Saket is a JCI and NABH accredited 550+ bedded tertiary care hospital. The department caters to more than 10,000 outpatients and does more than 2000 surgeries including 200 renal transplants per annum. The Urology OT has state of the art da Vinci® Xi surgical robot, wherein more than 1200 surgeries have been conducted since installation in 2015. Involved in management of urology, uro-oncology and renal transplantation patients. Mentored clinical fellows and was academic incharge of DNB Urology training programme.
3. Consultant, Dept. of Urology, Max Super-speciality Hospital, Dehradun (May 2015 – June 2016)
Incharge of an independent Urology unit with OPD at this 200 bedded NABH accredited facility. Performed endo-urology, laparoscopic urology, onco-urology and reconstructive procedures of various complexities. Also involved in training of nursing staff.
4. Consultant, Dept. of Urology and Renal Transplantation, Apex Hospital, Jaipur (August 2010 – May 2015)
Independently performed more than 2500 endo-urology, laparoscopic, onco-urology and reconstructive urethral procedures. Played a key role in establishing the transplant programme – the first centre in Rajasthan to start laparoscopic donor nephrectomy. Member Secretary of Institutional Ethics Committee.

Trained at one of India's top rated postgraduate medical institutes. Actively involved in academic and research activities; sub-investigator in a multicentric drug trial for carcinoma prostate.
